Community Manager

All Association related issues and inquires should be sent to the Community Manager. Esquire Association Management, Inc. (“EAM”) is the community’s provider of property management services.

Please visit their website at https://esqmanagement.com/ to create your own resident log in to access your portal under “Resident Portal”. You can use the portal to pay your assessment under “Pay my Dues”. A one time payment may be made under the pay my dues tab; however, you still need your account number. The management ID will always be 7027 and the association ID will always be FARM.
Included under our agreement with EAM is a concierge service called “Themis.” The service, which is offered for free to Residents of the Association, allows folks to schedule a plumber, electrician, towing, moving company, pest control, etc. all by calling EAM. Kelsey Goodner is the EAM Concierge Coordinator and will work with Residents to schedule all of these services.
