Landis Farm, A Planned Community is administered by the Landis Farm Unit Owners Association ("Association") to maintain and regulate common amenities that are shared by the unit owners of the Association. The Association and its unit owners must act in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in a set of Community Documents that each owner was given at the time of purchase.
