Unit Owner's considering additions or changes to outside spaces within the community please review the following:
The Board’s recommendation is if the change(s) you are considering are to visible aspects of your property and/ or can be considered permanent in nature, please submit the appropriate form to [email protected] for review. For your convenience the form is available below on this page.
If you are unsure whether the change(s) you are considering meet the criteria, please consult with the Community Manager.
Following your submission, the Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”) will review for approval. If any reviewing parties have questions regarding the information necessary, they will reach out directly or through the Community Manager for more details.
Any additions or changes to the exterior visible elements within the Community are subject to review and possible denial by the Association. Examples of potential additions or changes are as follows:

Please note: Both the legal documents and the guidelines do not list all the possible changes and additions that can be done to the visible elements of our units. The ARC Committee and Executive Board are tasked with upholding the general aesthetic appeal of the community and to guide unit owners to ensure that the changes/alterations they desire are in accordance with all Township/County/State ordinances.
