Guidance for changes to front entry door colors

Unit owners in the Community are permitted to paint or change the color of the front entry door of their units.

The unit owner may repaint the door to match the current color without submission of an Architectural Review Form.

If the unit owner is considering changing the color of the front entry door the following must be considered:

To change your door color, select colors that are similar to the Mastic, by PlyGem Vinyl Shutters Colors (An image of the colors is below and in this linked image.)
- The colors in the palette are as follows:

- Please note: The colors can be updated by the Executive Board in the future.
Obtain an image and description of the paint manufacturer and color identification numbers.
Submit an Architectural Review Form as detailed on the Association website under “Guidelines” with the details of the paint to be used.
The Architectural Review Committee will compare the color and make a subjective decision as to whether the color closely matches the Mastic, by PlyGem Vinyl Shutters Colors.
If the paint and color is approved, the Community Manager will notify the Unit Owner that the new color for the front entry door is approved.
If the paint and color is not approved, the Community Manager will contact the Unit Owner to select a new paint color that more closely matched the prescribed colors.
